The residence - that is fenced and controlled by the doorman - is located in a quiet position,  50 meters far from the sea and 300 meters far from the main shops. The buildings (provided with an elevator) are inside a well-kept garden, with direct access to the beach. 
The flat on the 4^th floor enjoys a fantastic view of the sea and the swimming pools. It has a  living room with a cooking corner and a day bed, 2 double rooms, a bath with shower and a large balcony with table and chairs. It is equipped with a washing machine, oven and color television. Guests have car parking in the garden and 2 swimming pools at their disposal. This apartment is suggested to groups of 4-5 people. A small/middle size animal is welcome.
