Please, specify your name and address, your handy number, your e-mail address, the period requested, which apartment you would reserve, how many people are booked (adults and children), if you bring domestic animals with you.
The reservation will be confirmed when Federica Vacanze receives your account.

ACCOUNT
When the guest receives the confirmation from the agency, he has to execute the contract paying in 10 days an account of 30% of the rent’s price by cash, credit card or credit transfer.
In case of “offer last minute ” and reservation of “short stays” the guest has to pay immediately the total amount.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
If the guest cancels the reservation before the day of arrival, he has to inform Federica Vacanze about it writing a mail. As penalty he will pay the following percentage of the account:
– from 59 to 30 days before the arrival: 50%of the account;
– from 29 days before to the day of arrival: 100% of the account.

ARRIVAL
Weekly stays start normally on Saturday afternoon between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. at our office in Lido di Savio or at the apartment booked in Lido di Dante. We please our guest to inform us immediately in case he arrives later or some days after. Otherwise the flat will be at his disposal for another day and then it will be rented to anybody else.
On the arrival all guests have to show their documents for the registration.

PAYMENT IN FULL
The settlement in full has to be paid within the day of arrival, cash, by credit transfer or credit card. The non-payment of the above mentioned amount in the fixed days would be explicit article of cancellation.

DEPOSIT
On the arrival the guest has to pay cash a deposit of € 200,00.
Our guest pledge himself to have the best care of the flat and its equipment and to inform immediately the agency in case of damages or extraordinary events happened in the apartment. Any complaints about the apartment condition will be accepted within 24 hours after the arrival. Any incidental breakages or damages caused in the apartment have to be paid back at current prices. The deposit will be given back the day of departure after the flat inspection, if no damage, or defect or no cleaning of the cooking corner is checked.

TOURIST TAX
On 1st February 2013, following decision no. 164/139827 dated 13/12/2012 taken by the Municipal Council, the Municipality of Ravenna introduced a Tourist Tax. The tax applies to overnight stays for tourists for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The tax applicable for this accommodation facility is euro 1,00 per person per night (to pay cash on the arrival). The following exemptions apply:
• children under 14 years of age.
• subjects assisting bed-ridden patients admitted to hospitals or clinics on the municipal territory, in the measure of one helper per patient.
• personnel of the national or local police forces or other armed forces, as well as members of the national Fire Fighting Corps on transfer for work reasons.
• one coach driver and one tour guide assisting groups organized by travel and tourism agencies for every 25 participants.
• salaried personnel staying at the accommodation facility in which they work.

We wish to inform guests that in the event of failure to pay, late payment or partial payment of the tax mentioned above, the Municipality of Ravenna will arrange to retrieve the tax not paid, in addition to any sanctions and interest applicable, in compliance with existing provisions.

DEPARTURE
Guests on leaving have to give the keys back before 10 a.m.. He has to leave the flat free of his personnel effects and to clean the cooking corner and the crockery. Otherwise the agency will deduct € 50,00 from the deposit.

THE FLAT’S ALLOTMENT
We allot the flats according to their availability. Car parking is compulsorily connected to the apartment and is not replaceable. When the apartment booked is located in block of flats/residence where all flats have the same characteristics (square meters, storey, furniture, quality) and the same price, Federica Vacanze gives the guest one of the flats available, considering the best way as to reserve the vacant apartments; eventual wishes of the guest will be satisfied if possible and in conformity with the vacancy; particular wishes will be considered but not guaranteed.

EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENTS
All flats are completely furnished and provided with cooking corner with electric range, fridge and freezer, oven, crockery (pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery) hot and cold water, electricity 200 Volts. For each bed there is a pillow, a coverlet and a bedspread.
At notice our authorized personnel is allowed to go into the flats for eventual repairs or routine maintenance, even if the guest is absent.

FEDERICA VACANZE RESPONSABILITY
Federica Vacanze undertake to give flats cleaned and tidy, suitable for the use.
The guest let expressively Federica Vacanze out of any responsibility for direct or indirect damages caused him by other tenants of the house, or for non-culpable interruption of any services.

GUEST’S DUTIES
The guest pledge himself, his family and his friends to observe the rules of usual caution and attention, the house regulation and that of the flat rented (the norms are exposed inside the apartment), in particular the common habits on silence, especially in the afternoon and in the deep of the night.
